Support Help for Congregation Information

Enter Each congregation's information as you want it to appear. Be sure that the actual congregation name goes in the congregation name field. Match what the branch is using. Go to Kingdom Halls to enter the Circuit Overseer you share the Kingdom Hall with if applicable. Come back to the "Congregations" form and select the Kingdom Hall for that congregation.

Congregations Tab

Email addresses - You can auto enter email for the congregation if it is not entered, using a calculation from the congregation number.

Add Meeting Times - from the drop down fields and these will appear on the Kingdom Hall Meeting Times and Locations report, these times will also automatically be included in the Meeting Schedule.

Members Tab

Members Tab - This finds all those in the congregation being viewed in any category you prefer.

Task Tab

Tasks Tab - This can help you to track certain tasks in the circuit such as surveys etc. You can click on the "Email" button and it will create an email with the addresses of the CBOE missing the information you may have requested. Delete the entire task at the bottom of the Task form using the "x" button.

Map Tab

Map Kingdom Hall Tab - Quickly view the Kingdom Hall location of the congregation in a web viewer.

Kingdom Halls

Kingdom Halls - You can go to Kingdom Halls from this form and add or edit Kingdom Hall information. When you come back to this form, click the field "Select Kingdom Hall" to choose the appropriate Kingdom Hall. After returning to the Congregation form, select the Kingdom Hall this congregation meets in.

Other Features

Export VCards - You can export Vcards to your desktop for each congregation from this form. This will allow you to create group lists in your Mac Address Book that probably won't change for 3 years.

Email - Create Broadcast Emails for jwpub addresses for congregations

Print - Print a variety of reports for congregations.

Importing

Importing - You can import basic congregation data from the jw.org website. Just go to Congregations on your site under Contacts and select all the congregations and download the .csv file, drag it into the field under the import button. This will get some helpful data about the congregations into the program. (So far tested only in the US.)
