Congregations and Kingdom Halls

Add congregations and Kingdom Halls! See how to add CO's you share halls with and to import data!

Enter Kingdom Hall Information

Enter information for each Kingdom Hall. When you go back to "Congregations" you will be able to select this Kingdom Hall for as many congregations you serve in this building.

Add Circuit Overseers you share Halls with

  1. First, add the circuit overseer to your database under "Contacts", entering the basic information especially the email address. (You can also import this data, see below.) Be sure the box on the lower right is checked and circuit is entered! It is NOT necessary to include any other information.
  2. Next, pick the the Circuit Overseers you share KH's with by clicking "Add CO to Share This Kingdom Hall With". Their names should show in the portal. Click on the brother listed you want to show as sharing the Kingdom Hall with.
  3. To Remove the circuit overseer from the shared list for that Kingdom Hall, click on the "Delete" icon next to his name.

Importing Data - You can import data for Kingdom Halls for your circuit by using the "Circuit Overseers Shared Meeting Places", a pdf file. Clicking on the lower import icon on the left, you can import the basic Kingdom Hall data as well as the Circuit Overseers you share the Kingdom Hall with by dragging the file into the field provided. This should be done with no Kingdom Halls listed and should only be done when starting up the database with no data contained in it for Kingdom Halls. After importing this data, you will then need to go to "Congregations" and connect the Kingdom Hall with the congregation.
