Support Help for Congregation Charts
History of the Congregation Served
There are several types of charting available and is simple in Circuit Data on the Go. Just select the fields on the left for the history of the congregation and the activity you want to check.
History of Congregations in the Circuit
Another feature is the ability to check the history of the circuit as well. This is a somewhat of a ‘snapshot’ view of the circuit as you can go back as many months as noted on the form. Click on the months you want to view and then click on the activity you want to check. Remember though that these are ‘subjective’ figures. Some congregations might be in your weeks of visits twice and they may be very active congregations. The weeks summarized and charted are the ones served during that period of time.
Also in these Charts, you will see WEEKS being served rather than congregations.
Averaging
On the far right of this form you will see numbers listed. These are averages of any figures being examined. For example, if you are viewing the history of the congregation, these numbers over the past months (2,3,4 etc) will be averaged in these boxes. If you are looking at a snapshot view of the circuit in the past, then these numbers will be averaged for the circuit.
