Support Help for Recording and Posting Field Service

Enter your field service statistics for your and your wife if married for easy posting on the website and then keep this for later printing for the DO when he visits.

Enter Data

  1. Click Plus symbol to add a new record
  2. Select Month from the drop down list then select year. If this is a new year, then type in the year manually
  3. Enter the data for the field service report. To clear field service data quickly, use the little trash icon
  4. To post, open jw.org by using the Support Menu, navigate to your current field service report web page ready to be filled and then click the post to jw.org button. (Comments will not be posted, but kept on the form that can be printed for the DO.)
  5. To print a copy, click the print icon on the right

You can also enter Return Visit Information for printing to the House to House record if available in your country. Click on the button and follow the directions there for this function
