Menu Items

Notice the following items on the "Support" menu and what they do.

• Email Support -Use this to quickly report a problem or question from the program. Always use this function when inquiring about the program. It included vital information that will assist me in locating and answer to your question, and avoid having to have me write you for more information, delaying an answer to your question. It can also include a screen shot of the page you are working on.
• Log into www.jw.org -You can enter your jw.org site from wherever you are in the program, using your password and user name stored in the program. Give it a few seconds to load the browser, page and then your information and then open the site. You can also use the hot key noted to the right of the menu item.
• Log into www.cdotg.net -This will get you quickly into the cdotg site from wherever you are in the program.You can also use the hot key noted to the right of the menu item.
• SMTP is On or Off - You can switch back and forth to using 'Send by SMTP' or by using your regular email client.
• Program Settings - Will take you directly to the Settings form in the program from wherever you are to be able to make changes to your settings and how the program functions.
• Choose Language - You can change the language for the program, right from this menu without going to "Settings"
• Registration - This is where you can change or enter your Registration Code.
